Dreamline Aesthetic in Singapore seeks a reliable Backend Livestream Assistant to support our TikTok livestream operations. This role is 100% backend—no camera, no speaking required, and you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth sessions.

You will manage products, update prices and promotions, monitor comments, and pass enquiries to the sales team. The position offers part-time, hybrid shifts with flexible scheduling to fit your day.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok livestreams or e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes.
• Sales-minded with willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Prior livestream/e-commerce/retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Students or individuals seeking flexible part-time work are welcome.

Responsibilities

This role is 100% backend support — no camera, no face and no speaking required.

What You'll Do

• Provide backend support during TikTok livestreams
• Prior experience in TikTok Live / TikTok Shop is required
• Manage and display products during livestreams
• Assist with updating product information, prices and promotions
• Monitor livestream comments, enquiries and customer interactions
