About the Team: The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a key growth driver for TikTok's global business. It also brings joy to users worldwide and provides a new channel for creators to showcase themselves. Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team is committed to maintaining a safe online community. We invest heavily in human and machine moderation to quickly remove harmful content, often before it reaches the broader community. The team is seeking a sharp Content Quality Assurance Specialist to cover the Malaysia market, aiming to create a better environment for content creators and users.

Your role involves reviewing TikTok Live content and enforcing policy decisions. You will handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and ensure user safety. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of effective communication and collaboration with employees and leadership at all levels to meet organizational goals.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring international LIVE content quality to ensure top-tier moderation and quality assurance.
  2. Performing data analysis, summarizing findings, providing feedback, escalating issues, and preparing quality inspection reports.
  3. Collaborating with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs.
  4. Participating in developing and continuously optimizing quality inspection standards, processes, and systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or content quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean, as reviewing Korean-language content is required.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data processing and analysis.
  • Experience in the technology or BPO sectors.
