We’re searching for an Associate Engineer to be part of our Thin Film Process (CVD) department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

  • Support the running of production in the modules and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production
  • Assist Engineers in the fine tuning of processes for production
  • Assist in trouble-shooting process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
  • Monitor qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
  • Assist in implementing process improvement projects
  • Assist new Technicians/Assistants on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
  • Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module
  • Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

More About You:

  • NITEC / ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics or related field of study
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Good Team Player
