Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Therapy Associate to help clients restore and maintain functional status under the supervision of a licensed therapist.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care, participate in quality improvement, and assist in training therapy staff. The role involves performing assessments, planning and delivering individualized treatments, and supporting clinical operations as part of the care pathway for clients, including education

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Advantage for 4–6 years of experience.
• Advantage for experience with autism, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Advantage for experience in Senior Care Centres/Active Aging Hubs.

About the role

A Therapy Associate is responsible for helping clients to restore and maintain functional status through assessments and individualized treatments under the supervision/instruction of a therapist. S/He works in a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct in all areas of client care. S/He may participate in quality improvement projects, provide training to other therapy support staff and assist therapist in administrative tasks.
