TOUCH Community Services supports Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in delivering home therapy services at clients' residences and the centre in Ang Mo Kio. Attention to infection control, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the care team are essential. Experience in health care settings and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with social and health care resources.

Responsibilities
