Job summary

ALLIUM HEALTHCARE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a caregiver support professional to deliver restorative care to elders, assist therapists during rehabilitation, and support daily activities within our facility.

You will lead exercise, cognitive and leisure group sessions, set up treatment areas, manage equipment, and participate in outreach events when required.

Qualifications

• Must be service oriented and patient-focused.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Basic IT skills for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized restorative care to clients according to care plans.
• Conduct group activities (exercise, cognitive, leisure).
• Provide individual maintenance rehab for clients.
• Assist therapists during rehab sessions.
• Prepare inventory list of equipment; perform regular checks and maintenance.
• Set up treatment areas and equipment.
• Ensure treatment rooms are neat and clean.
• Assist in simple administrative matters.
• Participate in outreach events, community mobility and outings as required.

Job description

This role will provide restorative care and nurture the elders by providing assistance with rehabilitative activities together with Physiotherapists / Occupational Therapists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalize restorative care to clients according to clients' care plans
• Conduct group activities (which includes: exercise groups, cognitive groups, leisure groups)
• Provide individual maintenance rehab for clients
• Assist therapists during rehab sessions
• Prepare inventory list of equipment and supplies; perform regular inventory checks and equipment maintenance
• Set-up treatment areas and equipment
• Ensure treatment rooms are neat and clean
• Assist in simple administrative matters
• Participate in company's outreach events, community mobility and outings when required

Job Requirements:

• WSQ higher certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy) or equivalent
• Service oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess basic IT skills
• Able to work on Saturdays if required
