Job description

To provide high standard of rehabilitative care to optimise patient's recovery. Your duties include but not limiting to:

• Work closely with therapists to identify suitable patients, and develop treatment plan
• Perform basic pre-session subjective and objective assessment to ensure patient is safe and suitable for the planned rehabilitation session
• Independently administer assessment and/or intervention as planned
• Document patient care according to department and hospital documentation standards
• Set up and operate rehabilitative equipment safely and competently
• Conduct group therapy sessions as planned
• Adhere to hospital standards of infection control

Requirements
