in Singapore is seeking a Therapy Assistant to support the rehabilitation and recovery of patients in our clinical retail setting, working closely with our Chiropractor and Physiotherapist to deliver personalised therapy programmes. You will apply therapy techniques, educate patients on intervention plans, monitor progress, and build positive relationships, while maintaining accurate patient records and assisting in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong integrity.
• Physically fit to work on patients.

Responsibilities

• Support Chiropractor and Physiotherapist in rehabilitation therapy programmes and activities.
• Apply therapy techniques on patients.

Job description

As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the rehabilitation and recovery of patients in a clinical retail setting, working closely with our Chiropractor and Physiotherapist to provide personalised therapy programmes and activities.

Apply therapy techniques on patients

Monitor the progression of the patients' recovery

Build positive relationships with patients

Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Support Marketing team in all marketing initiatives and carry out marketing and promotional campaigns such as new product launches, trade fairs, corporate events, special programmes, workshops, events and roadshows

Participate in in-house training sessions to improve knowledge and applicable therapy skills

Work retail hours, 5.5days week

Commission structure will be made available to you upon confirmation of employment.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy/Sports Science or its equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong integrity
• Physically fit as you will be on your feet a lot to work on patients
