• To carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational therapist
• To attend to clients’ needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
• To report any abnormalities present in the clients.
• To record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
• Proper handling of rehabilitative equipment.
• Maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and to report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
• To ensure a safety environment for the clients to perform the therapies.
• Encourage clients to participate in activities / programs.
• Fetch clients to and from with transport according to scheduled timing if required.
