Qualifications

Job description

Working locations: Jurong West Day Care Centres

Job purpose

The Therapy Aide supports and assists Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist in implementing the rehabilitation program for clients, as recommended by the therapists.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist the Therapists in carrying out rehab service to clients from any programme.
• Ensure all therapist-approved programs are executed as planned, including individual and group sessions.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of all activities conducted relating to clients.
• Report any significant change in clients\' functional status to the Therapist.
• Attend and participate in in-service training sessions.
• Maintain proper records and housekeeping of rehabilitation equipment, along with the safety standards of activity areas, fittings, and equipment.
• Promptly report any incident or injury sustained by clients during work to the Centre Manager
• Perform administrative duties related to the Rehab department\'s work.
• Any other duties that the Centre Manager or Rehab Manager may assign from time to time.
