• Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective communication with PRC customers.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Comfortable with IT systems and devices for daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and engage with walk-in or call-in and enquiry customers and provide customer service including communicating with customers before and after clinic visits, through telephone and digital channels.
• Collaborate with medical doctors and aesthetic clinicians to offer specialized consultations in skin, body, and hair care
• Educate clients about the clinic's range of services and products
• Conduct detailed skin, body, and hair analyses for clients
• Offer informed, professional advice to clients
• Actively promote our range of aesthetic treatments and products, utilizing both in-clinic consultations and digital marketing channels.
• Work with marketing and communications teams to promote membership benefits through various channels.
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
• Manage appointment bookings and incoming calls
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

Role Requirements

• Proven sales experience in beauty, aesthetics, or skincare, with a track record of achieving minimum $50,000 in monthly sales (in-shop or via referrals)
• Minimum of a Diploma or its equivalent
• Strong emphasis on service excellence, integrity, persuasive communication, and a work-focused culture
• Ability to comply with operational policies and procedures
• Proficiency in English and CN to communicate well with PRC customers
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
• Comfortable with using IT systems and devices for daily tasks
