About the role

Become a Therapist at Transform Medical Group, an established provider of medical aesthetics services in the Central Region since 2007. As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality treatments and care to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing

1. Assist our doctor with medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers injections, laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal
2. Prepare patients by cleansing their face and applying numbing cream
3. Provide a range of specialised treatments, such as dermabrasion and radio frequency treatment
4. Handle enquiries and schedule appointments
5. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols are consistently followed
6. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge
7. Contribute to the overall positive and professional atmosphere of the clinic

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications and certifications in the beauty or healthcare industry
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Therapist, preferably in a similar healthcare or wellness setting
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
4. Passionate about delivering exceptional care and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
