Job summary

xiangfei pte. ltd. is seeking a dedicated central coordinator for theatrical or live productions to ensure seamless execution from first rehearsal to final curtain call.

You will manage detailed rehearsal schedules, track director’s notes, and coordinate rehearsal spaces to optimize time and resources. The role requires acting as the main communication link between director, actors, designers, and technical crews, overseeing complex show logistics, and directing cues from a backstage control

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed rehearsal schedules to optimize preparation time and resource allocation
• Record and organize director's notes to ensure clear communication of creative vision to all production members
• Coordinate setup of rehearsal spaces to meet production requirements and support efficient workflow
• Serve as the primary communication link between the director, actors, designers, and technical and stage crews to align all teams
• Organize and oversee technical logistics, including the setup ("get in") and teardown ("get out") of sets and equipment, as well as management of props and costumes
• Direct performance execution from a backstage control position by calling all technical cues and maintaining adherence to the show schedule
• Identify and resolve issues promptly during rehearsals and live performances to minimize disruptions and maintain production quality
• Motivate and lead team members to foster collaboration and maintain high performance under pressure
• Prioritize and organize both personal and team tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines
• Apply initiative and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing production needs right.??
