Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead all T&C and ITC activities for complex projects based in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee planning, execution, integration testing, and handover to ensure contractual, technical, quality and regulatory compliance.

Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in testing, commissioning or project delivery is required; water treatment or infrastructure project

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in testing, commissioning, system integration or project delivery.
• Familiarity with water treatment, wastewater, NEWater, process plants, or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage T&C and ITC plans per project specs, standards and regs.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems and interfaces.
• Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain testing records, commissioning reports and progress updates.
• Lead, mentor engineers and ensure safety and quality compliance.
