We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Testing & Commissioning Engineer to reinforce the team in Singapore.

As a Testing & Commissioning Engineer, your responsibilities would be:

Applications:

1. Preparing of interventions. Gather, with the help of the project team, the necessary information to carry out the mission.
2. Organization, with the help of the project manager, of the trip.
3. Supervision and verification of the on-site installation.
4. Responsible for testing and commissioning of the on-site installation.
5. Ensure modification according to the customer's request for the on-site installation.
6. Ensure troubleshooting including rectification of the on-site installation.
7. Responsible for the retrofit project of the on-site installation.
8. Provides training for the operator and maintenance employee at the customer's site.
9. Conducting short-circuit tests on request.
10. Elaborate report after each intervention mentioning the purpose of the intervention, analysis and job done on-site including open points if any.
11. If needed, inform the project team about modifications and errors found on site.
12. Participation in the creation and updates of installation, operation, maintenance and commissioning documentation (procedures, test reports, manuals).
13. Verifies and upkeep the tools and their calibration certificates.

Quality:

1. Measure of internal and external customer’s satisfaction.
2. Feedback and return of experience to the design team.
3. Respect of the department’s work procedures and archiving.

For this position, the ideal candidate will have/be:

1. 5 years of relevant experience from a Railway background.
2. Candidate should have proven experience with DC Equipment.
3. Be fluent, both verbal and written in English, any other languages like French or German would be an advantage.
4. Precision and quality of the intervention reports.
5. Work performed within the given timeframe.
6. Flexibility of planning, and ability to travel at any given time in South East Asia.
