What the Role Entails

1. Infuse characters with life and distinctive personality traits, defining animation styles.
2. Demonstrate design capabilities and control over visual effects such as camera language, visual style, and narrative composition.
3. Build various character skeletons and produce animations based on engine requirements.
4. Establish standard technical specifications and define technical workflows; communicate with programmers regarding technical implementation methods.
5. Manage the distribution, follow-up, and supervision of outsourced resources to ensure final quality.
