Job summary

Level Infinite, Tencent’s global gaming brand, is seeking a seasoned legal professional to support overseas business development. The role requires deep knowledge of internet regulation, content licensing and tech‑related areas such as game publishing, cloud services, and AI compliance.

You will provide fast, strategic legal compliance at multiple stages, review contracts, and handle IP licensing transactions while coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and law firms to enable

• Possess professional legal knowledge and skills, especially in-depth understanding of overseas Internet, content licensing and other tech‑related business, including but not limited to game publishing, cloud business, content licensing, open source compliance, AI, etc.
• Provide fast and efficient legal compliance support at different stages of business development based on the specific legal environment, including but not limited to develop legal & compliance system, ensuring product and operational compliance, reviewing commercial contracts, and handling IP licensing transactions, etc.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including other legal teams, business partners, finance and tax teams, policy teams, PR teams, and external partners such as law firms, to provide professional support for the development of overseas business.
