Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a testing technician role in Singapore, based in Tampines.

The successful candidate will assist engineers with tests on server and rack products, configure PXE servers, and run burn-in and power tests. You will analyze failures and contribute to Kaizen improvements while maintaining test program records. The role requires working 12-hour shifts (day or night) with shift allowances.

• Assist engineers in conducting tests on server and rack products
• Support and implement PXE server configurations
• Run and maintain burn-in and power testing processes
• Analyze production product failures and collaborate with engineers for improvements
• Participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain and update test program master list and tracking records

Job description

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic $2500 - $3000
• Meal Allowance $100 , Production Allowance $100, Monthly Bonus $300
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) & Variable Bonus (VB)

• 12-Hour Shift (Choose Day or Night)
• Day shift allowance $12/day
• Night shift allowance $24/night
• 4-3-4 shift
• Tampines
