Job Description

The Test Lead will oversee end-to-end testing for Core Banking projects, including test strategy, planning, automation, Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), and delivery ownership. The role requires deep expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) and strong leadership in driving testing excellence.

Functional / Technical:

1. Lead functional, regression, automation, and NFR testing for large-scale Temenos T24 implementations in Private Banking.
2. Define test strategy, scope, and plan by analyzing business requirements and system specifications.
3. Manage test design, data, environments, automation, defect tracking, and test closure.
4. Ensure seamless integration testing for T24 modules, COB processing, SWIFT (MT/MX), and regulatory reports.
5. Drive financial accounting validation across asset classes (Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Forex, Treasury, Lending, etc.).
6. Collaborate with BA/Dev teams to enhance upstream quality (requirements, design, code).
7. Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
8. Knowledge of test automation (Selenium), DevOps, and Java is a plus.

Requirements

Experience Required: Extensive experience in test leadership, preferably in Private Banking.

Key Skills: Expert in Temenos Transact (T24) implementation, Private Banking domains. Preferred: Automation (Selenium), DevOps, Agile tools.

Domain Expertise: Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Structured Products, Treasury, Accounting, SWIFT, Regulatory Reporting.
