Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support Test operation and maintenance/Troubleshoot of all Testing equipment

  • Responsible for test equipment maintenance, calibration, PM and improvement .

  • Online production test failure and testing low yield analysis dispose and follow-up.

  • Online test equipment & accessories maintain and abnormality disposition.

  • Support Daily Conversion with excess minimum of Conversion Daily following the Spec of different Customer requirement

  • Identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and equivalent qualification.

  • Min. 1 years of related job experience

  • Knowledge of wafer fab facility process control and field instrument experience.

  • Equipped with skill of Linux/Unix program.

  • Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Familiar with IT/network function and configuration.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.

  • Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively.

  • Familiar with Tester/Prober system maintenance will be added advantage.
