Test / Engineering Technician x30 (MNC / East / Salary UP 4.5K)

Job Benefits:

1. Basic UP $3300 + AWS + UP 2 month of Variable Bonus + Shift Allowances, Gross UP $4,500

2. Meal Allowance $100/Month

3. Production Allowance $100/Month

Job Details:

1. Monday to Friday

2. Night shift: 7pm – 7am (Shift allowance $12/day)

3. Morning Shift: 7am – 7pm (Shift Allowance $24/day)

4. 4 days’ work, 3 days’ rest, 3 days’ work, 4 days’ rest. (Fixed Shift, Can Choose)

Job Responsibilities:

1. To test, analyze and perform troubleshooting on product failures

2. Work closely with process and test engineers on yield improvement

3. Support engineers in executing all test-related tasks.

4. Assist with the setup and implementation of various product configurations.

5. Participate in the Kaizen activities

6. Maintain and update test tracking records.

7. Prepare and revise Working Instructions.

8. Provide training on (W/I) to new hires.

9. Assist with the NPI process and production runs.

10. Contribute to ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Job Requirement:

1. Nitec & above qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment
