Test Engineer (Semiconductor, ATE Platforms)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test programs for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed signal products on ATE platforms.
• Liaise with design engineers for silicon debug, device characterization, and production release activities.
• Debug digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG/Functional/Mbist) and perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, and Temperature).
• Handle test program handoff, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering).

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience and knowledge of Advantest 93k or Uflex/Iflex Teradyne platforms.
• Hands-on experience in developing ATE SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, Python, etc.
• Proficient in statistical analysis software and quality/reliability testing.

Salary: $4,500 to $7,500
