Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Team Leader for Engineers to oversee testing activities for Server & Rack products. The candidate will manage a team, implement key processes, and liaise with various stakeholders. Essential qualifications include a diploma in engineering and at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience.
Proven knowledge in SAP and Linux.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Engineers for Server & Rack product testing.
Support & implement PXE Server configuration.
Liaise with customers & HQ on test program maintenance.

12 Hours Shift (4/3/3/4) 7-7, AM / PM)
East - Tampines
Basic UP $5000 + Shift Allowances + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

To lead a team of Engineers to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production
To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process
To liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance
To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement
Participate in the Kaizen activities
To update the test program master list & tracking
To prepare and update Working Instruction
To provide training over W/I to production
To support the NPI Process
To support production on the mass run
Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience
SAP & Linux knowledge
