Job summary

Jabil Malaysia in Singapore designs, develops and maintains test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production, under limited supervision. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, process improvement, and ensuring reliable testing across production lines.

The successful candidate will lead Process Technicians, drive training, and collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to meet ISO13485/FDA-related requirements while advancing test capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision designs, develops and maintains test procedures and tester hardware/software.
• Lead and coach Process Technicians in interviewing, training and performance.
• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Provide testing data analysis and generate technical reports.
