Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians in executing all test-related activities for Server and Rack products in production.

• Support and implement PXE Server configuration for products.

• Perform and maintain the server and rack run-in test process.

• Perform and maintain the burn-in and power test processes.

• Liaise with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and ongoing maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and analyze production product failures; coordinate with customers and HQ/factory for continuous improvement.

• Participate in Kaizen activities for process and quality improvements.

• Update and maintain the Test Program Master List and track progress.

• Prepare and update Work Instructions (WIs).

• Conduct WI training for production teams.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

• Provide support during mass production runs.

• Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Server, Rack, or Manufacturing environment.

• Experience working collaboratively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.

• Knowledge of SAP and Linux systems.

• Strong multitasking abilities; capable of working under pressure.

• Good understanding of testing methods and concepts.

• Programming and debugging skills are a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Permanent Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM ($24 per day allowance)

• 4-3-3-4 Shift Pattern
