We are seeking an experienced Test Director to lead testing strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP transformation program. The role involves overseeing testing governance, planning, execution, and quality assurance to ensure successful ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive ERP testing experience (SAP, Oracle, or other platforms) and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment.

Let's Talk About Responsibilities

• Lead a significant and complex Program Test Chapter for the global ERP uplift.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy aligned with ResMed's Testing Centre of Excellence.
• Oversee all testing phases including SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, and Regression Testing.
• Establish testing frameworks, processes, and governance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Define and track testing KPIs and metrics for visibility into coverage and defect management.
• Manage test automation strategies and resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure proper setup of test environments, data, and configurations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to testing teams, fostering a culture of quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks, defects, and issues for a smooth transition to production.
• Stay updated with best practices in ERP testing methodologies and tools.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in leading testing for large-scale ERP transformation programs (Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of ERP testing methodologies and tools (JIRA, OpKey, SoapUI/Postman, LoadRunner).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex landscapes.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITSQB, Certified Test Manager are a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, manufacturing) is desirable.
