Job description

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and executes tests for software, hardware, or systems products for semiconductor industry.
• Design, develop, and maintain test programs and procedures for automated test equipment. Performs failure analysis and collaborates with engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the design, product, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust test solutions.
• Setting up and debugging testers, perform test optimization, validation, and debugging as well as analysing issues on both the tester and product sides.
• Support other engineering team on new product introduction and transfer from engineering to production.
• Ensure smooth production support by resolving test issues and improving test coverage.
• Work closely with product developers, quality engineers, and customers to ensure that the products meet the specifications, requirements, and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in debugging electronic and software failures on Automated Test Equipment (ATE), participating in New Product Introductions (NPI), analyzing test data to drive yield improvements, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficient in test solutions development and build release of test programs on ATE platforms (Advantest 93K, Teradyne ETS364, LTX TS88, etc.).
• Proficient in C/C++/Python/C# programming languages, shell scripting languages, testing frameworks & methodologies, automation tools, debugging tools, and code editors.
• Proficient in the use simulation tools, network analyzers, and performance monitors.
• Knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed-signal testing concepts.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
