Territory Business Manager - Orocare - Aurangabad

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, new markets, products, and services to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare documents and materials (reports, presentations, information packages) for meetings and negotiations with potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure information provided is accurate and suitable for external distribution.
  • Engage with stakeholders: external (doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutions, pharmacies) and internal (TBMs and organization).
  • Analyze and prepare work plans based on market data and research.
  • Maintain good communication, planning, monitoring, and follow-up skills.
  • Implement policies and strategies effectively.
  • Build strong relationships and coach team members to foster a performance-oriented culture.
  • Utilize basic computer skills: Excel, Word, email.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a first-line manager in the same therapy area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

B.Sc. / B.Pharma. or postgraduate/graduate from any background with a proven performance track record.
