Downstream Supply Chain - Singapore
What's The Role
- Cargoes operations: loading and unloading
- Vessel pre-arrival safety checks
- Pre-receipt/delivery tanks/system checks and preparation
- Supervise mooring/unmooring of vessels for berthing/unberthing activities
- Perform vessel safety checks and cargo planning with vessel’s master
- Conduct system monitoring during cargo operations
- Post-operation tankage checks and confirmation of product quantities and qualities
- Documentation for pre/post delivery
Pipeline Receipt Operation
- Pre-transfer tankage/system checks
- Coordinate with Bukom for transfer, plan, and execute transfer
- Perform system checks during transfer
- Prepare tankage for release post-transfer
Gantry Operation
- Ensure tanks/products are ready for daily delivery
- Supervise dispatch operations
- Manage safe operation of tanker activities
- Documentation for pre/post delivery
Bitumen Depot Operation
- Road tankers delivery via gantry
- Blending of different bitumen grades
- Documentation for pre/post delivery
Daily Routine (including but not limited to)
- Operators’ rounds
- Sampling
- Tank draining and dipping
- Maintenance, project support, PTWs
- System lineup and verification
- Surveillance checks on jetty, tanks, pumps
- Daily stock reconciliation
- Perform ERT duties
Others
- Perform non-routine tasks as assigned by Terminal Manager/Supervisor
- Cover planned/unplanned absenteeism
- Assist in system troubleshooting
Note: This role requires shift work (12-hour shifts).
What You Bring
- Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Operational experience and familiarity with terminals preferred
- Self-starter with good time management, communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency with system applications like GSAP, GIB, Omega
