Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Teminal Admin Assistant to join our team at Changi Airfreight Center. This role involves handling administrative duties, including data entry of airway bills for both import and export cargo. Prepare pre-alerts for import clearance, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are ready for the timely processing of incoming shipments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of terminal handling processes and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input airway bill data for import and export cargo for billing purposes

• Maintain records and documentation for all cargo shipments.

• Coordinate with terminal handling staff to ensure smooth processing of cargo.

• Handle customer inquiries related to cargo shipments and documentation.

• Ensure all cargo-related data is updated and accurate in the system.

• Assist with general administrative tasks and office duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, particularly in cargo handling.

• Knowledge of terminal handling processes for air cargo (import & export) is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently in an office environment.

• Must be willing to work in Changi Airfreight Center and pass required security checks.

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days work week.

• Office hours.
