Job description

The Department of Strategy and Policy at NUS Business School invites applications from Strategy / Management of Technology / Entrepreneurship scholars for tenure-track and tenured positions (all ranks). Candidates should hold a Ph.D. or be near completion. Selection for full / associate ranks will be based on an established publication record and proven teaching experience. Selection for the assistant rank will be based on potential for publications in top journals and effective teaching.

The Department of Strategy and Policy ( https://bschool.nus.edu.sg/strategy-policy/ ) numbers about 30 faculty members representing more than 13 nationalities, who regularly publish in major international journals including the Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Management Science, and Organization Science .

Application Process

We offer a conducive research environment with generous research funding, as well as competitive remuneration and benefits.

Prospective applicants should submit the following materials: (1) a cover letter outlining their research interests and teaching experience; (2) curriculum vitae (CV); (3) samples of research papers or a job market paper; and (4) three letters of recommendation (for junior candidates). For junior applicants, all application materials should be submitted via email to bprecruit@nus.edu.sg no later than September 1, 2025 , to receive full consideration. Mid-career applicants have no fixed deadline and are encouraged to apply at their earliest convenience.

Preliminary interviews will be conducted at the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. While participation in these interviews is not mandatory, applicants who wish to be considered for an AOM interview should submit their CV by July 11, 2025 .
