Job summary

NTU Singapore's ADM invites applications for Assistant or Associate Professor (Tenure-Track) in Interactive Media. The appointee will lead research, creative practice, and teaching in Interactive Media, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.

Areas of interest include immersive media, XR, generative art, and innovative interfaces. The successful candidate will develop courses, supervise students, and collaborate across ADM, COHASS, and the university to advance the field.

Qualifications

• PhD (or terminal MFA) in Interactive Media, Game Design, Digital Arts or closely related field.
• Significant professional or creative-practice experience in interactive media.
• Strong exhibition record and/or publications in reputable journals.
• Proven track record in media arts.
• Experience securing research funding is preferable.
• Teaching and mentoring experience are preferable.
• Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Interactive Media, including creative coding and XR.
• Supervise Final Year Projects and postgraduate research, supporting academic development.
• Contribute to curriculum development and engage with industry partners and the community.
