Full-time Faculty Tenure track (Open rank) in Sustainability
The College of Integrative Studies (CIS) at Singapore Management University (SMU) was established in 2022. It plays a pivotal role in helping students traverse the disciplinary areas associated with the other SMU Schools—Accountancy, Business, Economics, Computing, Law, and Social Sciences.The CIS also delivers the University’s Core Curriculum for all undergraduate students. It emphasises the importance of integrating ideas and perspectives across disciplines to derive new solutions in areas related to SMU’s Strategic Priorities .
We are looking to fill two full-time positions of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Sustainability. Sustainability here is broadly defined but there is a preference for scholars who demonstrate interdisciplinary expertise. Candidates could, for example, have a background in humanities, social sciences or STEM. Applications will be considered on the Tenure track, exact level depending on the candidate’s experience.
