Tender Project Executive

Role & Responsibilities

Nationality: SINGAPOREAN / PR

Report to Senior Archi-Coordinator/ Managing Director

Salary: $3,300 to $3,500.00

A Tender Project Assistant supports from attendance of site show to end-to-end tendering process, ensuring that bids are prepared, submitted, and tracked efficiently. This role is vital in industries like construction, engineering, and procurement. Here's a breakdown of typical responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Attending of Site Showround
  • Tender Documentation: Assist in preparing, formatting, and organizing tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals to the team
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (Designer, QS, project team ) to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
  • Deadline Management: Track tender timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Compliance Checks: Review tender requirements to ensure submissions meet client and regulatory standards.
  • Data Management: Maintain records of past tenders, vendor databases, and submission logs.
  • Post-Tender Support: Help with clarifications, presentations, and handover to project teams if the bid is successful.
