Salary: SGD 5,000 to 7,500 + Mobile Allowance $100

Responsibilities:
Analyze and clarify RFQs (Request for Quotation) or opportunities during pre-tender and tender phases, raising queries or amendments to influence clients or consultants when possible.
Prepare Risk Management (RM) checklists for presentation to local and Japan management for decision-making.
Conduct site walkthroughs to understand the scope of work and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for tender scope.
Lead and organize tender preparation, review, and submission for single or multi-system projects (mechanical, electrical, ELV) ensuring completeness, quality, technical compliance, risk mitigation, and timely submission.
Consolidate and analyze technical data, bill of quantities, price schedules, cost/quotes, financial data, and commercial contracts to ensure technical compliance, risk mitigation, and competitiveness during tender preparation and clarification phases.
Coordinate project involvement during the tender stage and plan manpower, including creating project organization charts and preliminary costs.
Enhance and consolidate quotes to meet target win prices while avoiding rejection and margin slippage; prepare tender cost summaries for management approval.
Prepare tender interview presentations to support management during clarification and negotiation phases to secure the tender.
Lead and organize tender review meetings to ensure completeness and quality handover to the project management team.
Prepare weekly tender reports for submission to Japan.
Perform any other duties assigned to support management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in electrical work for buildings (M&E), including knowledge of HT, LV, ELV, ACMV, and fire systems.
Degree in a relevant field, with a passion for continuous learning.
