A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Tender Manager to manage the tender process for electrical and M&E construction projects. You will be responsible for developing competitive bids, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with LTA requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in handling LTA project tenders and a strong background in electrical engineering.
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Tender Manager with a strong background in electrical construction tenders for LTA projects. You will play a crucial role in driving our bidding strategy and securing infrastructure contracts, especially in transport and tunnel systems.
Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process for electrical and M&E construction projects, particularly for LTA contracts (road, rail, tunnel, and depot projects).
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop competitive bid strategies.
Work closely with internal engineering, costing, and procurement teams to prepare accurate pricing and technical submissions.
Source and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with LTA's technical and commercial requirements.
Conduct risk assessment, cash flow projections, and cost-value analysis.
Manage pre- and post-tender clarifications and interface with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in electrical/M&E works within the construction industry.
Proven track record in handling LTA project tenders is a must.
Strong understanding of local codes, LTA tender procedures, and contract documentation.
Skilled in cost estimation tools and MS Office.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
