About the role
We are looking for Tender Coordinator to supports n managing tender process for public and private sector architectural projects. The role involves from preparing bid documents, coordinating submissions, reviewing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Support bidding team in reviewing tender documentation and requirements.

  • Coordinate and consolidate inputs from relevant project teams.

  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications and internal formatting standards, maintaining consistency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

  • Prepare, compile, and format tender documents for submission.

  • Assist the bidding team in liaising with clients and vendors to clarify tender requirements.

  • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (e.g., GeBiz, Ariba, Sesami, TenderBoard) will be an advantage.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline; background in architecture, design, or construction is an advantage.

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in project administration, tender coordination, or similar roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A team player with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
