Location: East, Paya Lebar

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and service providers.
Manage feedbacks and complaints from tenants
Manage and resolve complaints effectively
Escalate issues to the technical support team and follow through until resolution.
Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, and respond promptly to tenants' enquiries, requests, and feedback.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Min Degree.
With 3 - 4 years of experience in service related roles
Customer and Service oriented
