This role involves daily duties such as handling accounts payable, recording journals, and preparing reports. Candidates should possess a diploma in Accountancy or Finance, with at least one year of experience in a relevant role.
Job Description:
Perform daily Accounts Payable duties
Recording of Journals
Matching of PO, Delivery Orders
Prepare AP aging reports
Audit Schedules
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Pre-requisites:
Min GCE O-Level /Diploma in Accountancy or Finance related disciplines
Min 1 year of relevant working experience
Knowledge in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics BC365)
Excellent Excel skills
Team player with positive work attitude
Meticulous and responsible
Must be able to commit for 3 months
