A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide attentive services and support to stakeholders and school staff. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, assisting sick students, and supporting administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in Word and Excel. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $2,580 per month.

Fridays: 7.30am to 1.00pm (Friday service is not required if it happens to be the school “Home Based Learning” (HBL) day.)

Requirements
· Possess a minimum 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist or as a personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, and or relevant certifiates.
· Have good working knowledge of office IT software such as Word and Excel.
Job Description
· Provide pleasant and attentive services to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. parents, students etc with their enquiries and requests.
· Provide timely, accurate and clear communication – both written and verbal – to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries.
· Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage.
· Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.
· Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.
· Complete other role-related duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive.
