Job Description:
1.Provide secretarial and administrative support to the head of department.
•Manage and schedule meetings and appointments.
•Assist on travel booking, including flights, ground transport and accommodation.
•Assist on their travel and expenses claims.
•Coordinate events and speaking engagement.
2.Provide administrative support to the centre.
•Assist centre manager in various administration, operation and finance functions to ensuresmooth operation of the centre.
•Support centre researchers and faculty associates with the administrative aspects of theirresearch projects.
•Assist and provide logistics support for centre events such as coordinating with speakers andparticipants for talk and workshops.
•Organize department meetings and roundtable luncheon events.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as tasked.
3.Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Vice Dean (Research and Development).
•Manage and schedule meetings and appointments.
•Assist on travel booking, including flights, ground transport and accommodation.
•Assist on their travel and expenses claims.
•Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution/university.
• Strong knowledge of secretarial duties.
• Possess good administrative and organization skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
