A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to assist in business partnering and talent acquisition management. The role involves supporting leadership in organizational changes, managing recruitment processes, and facilitating performance management. Candidates should possess a degree in HR or related fields, along with experience in recruitment and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Near to Stadium MRT

Job Description
Business Partnering:
Support and assist Chiefs and Division heads in implementing re-organization plans and people efforts to ensure smooth re-structuring & business alignment within Group
Support and assist in job redesign (Job Evaluation) for staff
Perform the full recruitment life-cycle (recruitment and selection)
Preparation and administration of contracts for new hires and staff movement.
Coach line managers on HR policies and regulations.
SupportBusiness Partner in identifying & managing talent pool & planning next generation succession for Group
Provide performance management guidance to line-management
Provide guidance to management on workforce planning and resource issues.
Attend ops meeting to understand workforce issues and provide guidance on business process review and workforce planning at division level.
Consult with the line on management of staff issues and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
Work closely with the groups to improve work environment and relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Partner line management to engage employees on contract renewal/contract lapse/etc conversations
Facilitate engagement / counselling sessions to mediate employees
Emergency responder to managers’ complaints, issues, questions, needs, etc.
Talent Acquisition Management:
Develop and identify external talent pools
Streamline recruitment workflow
Laise with external recruitment agencies under DA contract for any related queries
Manage budget planning and execution of talent attraction and acquisition plans
Participate in Career Fair
Identify opportunities for employer branding
Manage and maintain various recruitment channels
Other duties / ad hoc projects when assigned.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills, working well in a team with strong stakeholders' management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
