Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Food Services Assistant to join our healthcare team in Singapore. You will support patient meal arrangements, food operations and daily service delivery in a dynamic setting.

The role blends administrative and practical duties, requires WSQ Level 1 Food Safety certification, and NITEC/Diploma in related fields. A 3-month commitment is preferred, with opportunities for longer.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related field preferred.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate required.
• Hands-on duties with fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months or longer.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administrative matters.
• Prepare meal summaries, meal chits and relevant documentation.
• Attend to calls, enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Assist with meal assembly, plating and food service operations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with supplies and deliveries.
• Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys and record feedback.
• Support staff meal orders and payment processing.
• Perform general administrative and operational duties as required.
