Job summary

VERZTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer for a 1-month assignment in our Singapore office. You will handle both digital and print projects, from e-learning UI templates to corporate print collateral, while integrating AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Expect a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, intuitive templates for e-learning UIs and storyboards for animations.
• Produce high-fidelity design mockups and digital marketing assets (EDMs, web graphics).
• Design corporate print materials (publications, banners, annual reports).
• Leverage AI image generation tools to speed up concept generation and asset creation.
• Assist with other design projects under tight deadlines.

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, fast-paced, and experienced Temporary Graphic Designer to join our team for 1-month. You will support a variety of digital and print initiatives, ranging from e-learning UI templates and animation storyboards to corporate print collaterals and web assets. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and comfortable integrating AI-powered tools into their daily design workflow fori mage generation and rapid ideation.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Learning & Digital Assets: Create clean, intuitive templates for e-learning UIs and design engaging storyboards for e-learning animations.
• Mockups & Web Design: Produce high-fidelity design mockups and digital marketing assets, including email direct marketing (EDMs) and web graphics.
• Print Production: Design corporate print materials such as publications, marketing banners, and annual reports.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI image generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, GoogleFlow, ChatGPT) to speed up concept generation and asset creation.
• Cross-Project Support: Assist with other ongoing design and creative projects as needed under tight turnarounds.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency orin-house). A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work is a must.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Hands-on experience and familiarity with AI image generation platforms.
• Core Competencies: Strong foundational skills in layout, typography, UI principles, and keeping up with current global design trends.
• Soft Skills: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines efficiently, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to shifting project priorities.

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only ( NO quota available for foreign workers )
• Work Location: Strictly Office-Based
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
• Work commencement : starting from 1 - 31December 2026
