A facilities management company in Singapore seeks a candidate for an Accounts Receivable position. Key responsibilities include preparing Statements of Accounts, handling finance reconciliations, and assisting at the front counter. Candidates should have a GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels qualification and minimum of 1 year of finance experience. This role requires working under pressure and may involve hours beyond the regular work week.
You will be required to prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) and follow up on arrears via letters and/or adjustments.
You will be required to perform Accounts Receivable functions and finance reconciliation.
You will perform cashier function and respond to residents’ enquiries and/or feedbacks at the front counter.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Possesses a min GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels qualification with 1 year of relevant finance experience
A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
People oriented with a willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends / public holiday
Working Location: North-East
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Able to commit start immediately and commit until March 2026
