A leading company in drilling technologies is looking for a dedicated individual to join their Human Resource Development team. The role involves converting training materials into e-learning formats and supporting various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree related to Business or Human Resources, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement alongside professional development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
1) To support the converting of existing training modules into e-learning formats
2) To assist in the labelling of documents dated Year 2021 onwards till-to-date, in accordance with NIEC Data Protection Governance Policy
3) To support administrative tasks related to the e-learning project, as well as ad-hoc duties within Human Resource Development, including assisting the team in organizing and preparing for HR events and staff activities.
