Temporary position for 6 months from June to November 2025.
What you will be working on:
Support the asset verification exercise and coordinate with Schools and Departments (S&Ds) to ensure progress is on schedule.
Ensure the asset tags are printed and handed over to S&Ds.
Ensure proper safekeeping and upkeep of loan records related to equipment used for asset verification.
Generate system reports to provide weekly updates on the progress.
Handle queries from users with timely response.
Coordinate artworks valuation for S&Ds.
Other ad-hoc duties / administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
What we are looking for:
Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel and Outlook).
Effective in written and verbal communication, and a good team player.
Able to commit for 6 months.
