What the role is:
The job holder will be supporting the establishment of Business Continuity Planning for the Ministry.
What you will be working on:
The job holder will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, for all BCP matters
- Manage project timelines for the BCP refresh initiative
- Coordinate and facilitate necessary meetings, training sessions, and exercises to:
- Identify current gaps
- Define critical business functions
- Map dependencies
- Establish recovery time objectives
Collaborate with external vendors to develop and finalise business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical functionsProvide support for department or other workplace experience events/initiativesWhat we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Business Continuity Management or planning is advantageous
- Strong project management and budgeting capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
