Job Description
  • Assist the department in fundraising activities
  • Research on various categories of donors (high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations etc) who are potentials in gift giving
  • Support donor visits, student applicant interviews by managing schedule, arranging venue and logistics
  • Consolidate, produce and send out impact reports as a form of donor stewardship
  • Organize donor-related events, including handling registration, volunteer management and event management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma holder or Degree holder
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to prospects' and donors’ information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Internet savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently or as a team
  • Experience in higher education or philanthropy will be a plus
