The Office of Student Affairs is looking for a Temporary Executive who will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Student Leadership & Development Section.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Residence Admission Scheme (RAS)

  • Application and nomination preparation

2. Staff Advisor Learning Circles Sessions

  • Venue booking
  • Preparation of slides, invitations and attendance tracking

3. Staff Advisor Engagement

  • Prepare appointment letters
  • Maintain Staff Advisor listing and event attendance
  • Provide support for Staff Advisor Coffee Chats

4. NUS Achievement Awards (NAA)

  • Manage applications for award
  • Coordination with applicants for biography write-ups
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders on website content, applications, write-ups, contact details, etc.
  • Management of NAA email inbox
  • Disbursement of NAA awards

5. Student Leaders Training

6. General Section Administration

  • Database updating
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative supporting tasks
